PPO PARTICIPATION

    We participate with the following PPO’s: Affordable, Choicecare, Healthfirst, NCPPO, PHCS, and Great West.

   We will also do paperwork for selected other policies.  Please inquire at the front desk when you make your appointment.

    Please be aware that some plans require authorization by your primary physician, the PPO itself, or both before chiropractic care can be covered, and this has to occur before your visit. If you have joined one of these plans, please tell us when you make your appointment, so that you can take advantage of your policy.
